New Kernels Released!

It’s my birthday release so here’s the new kernels for the OnePlus 3 and Huawei Watch! I’ve concentrated on battery life in this release and also improved performance for the Huawei Watch tremendously. Hopefully, this release eliminates the lags experienced on the Huawei Watch by some users while still retaining the excellent battery life. Enjoy! πŸ˜€

Update Finally!

Although I’m still on a busy schedule, I’ve uploaded my most stable kernels yet yesterday! How do I say they’re my most stable? Because I’ve been using their codebases on my devices without modification for at least a month! I only recompiled them yesterday for upload so better get it!

Changes:

  • Imported some changes from upstream with regards to how GCC versions compile the kernel code to prevent wrong compilation assumptions

Kernel Updates!

Another round of stability updates! Finally fixed the Nexus 7 2013 sensor bug…I hope… :p Btw, devices updated are Huawei Watch, Nexus 7 2013 and Moto X 2014. πŸ™‚

Bricked Kernels v2

I just uploaded new versions of my kernels with bricked hotplug capability for the G Watch R and Huawei Watch! These now have improved algorithm based on my personal research on core use/activity together with some code optimizations so that it runs faster overall. I’ve also modified the NwN thresholds so that it’s harder for it to enable more cores thus keeping use of a single core unless REEEEEEAAAALLY necessary. :p

Bricked Kernels

I just uploaded new kernels for the G Watch R and Huawei Watch. These just “refine” the power saving mod I made. Also, I’ve published TEST KERNELS for both which use the bricked_hotplug code by showp1984. This is anΒ in-kernel replacement for MPDecision so let me know of your experience during actual use! πŸ™‚

Kernel Fixes for Huawei Watch & One G1

I’ve just uploaded new kernels to fix the reboot issues on the Huawei Watch and One G1…well, at least in my testing in which I replicated the reboots it should work now. :p

As an added bonus, multicore capability has been restored for the Huawei Watch thanks to bouchigo! πŸ˜€

Massive Kernel Releases!

Just finished uploading a huge bunch of kernel for ALL my supported devices! This includes the G Watch R, by the way! πŸ™‚ Unfortunately, the G Watch R Marshmallow suffers from the same problem as the Huawei Watch so only single version for now. πŸ™ I already have plans to address this though so no worries…although time is a bit of a problem. :p

Common Changes:

  • memory leak fixes

3.10 Kernels:

  • added EXT4 performance patches from Linux-Next

Watches:

  • single core versions only
  • G Watch R currently has no F2FS support so beware if you converted your cache or data partitions

Kernel Releases!

I’ve just updated my Huawei Watch and One G1 pages to reflect the new kernels! Follow the above links to download! πŸ™‚

Finally!

Woke up this morning and checked the AOSP repos and found a bunch of new branches! Will be posting new kernels after I upgrade everything! πŸ™‚

*celebrated too soon…seems the Marshmallow version is EXTREMELY secured…zram and mpdecision doesn’t work at the moment so I may release only the single core version for the Huawei Watch… :/

**take note that I made a mod to the power tweaks I made before so this *should* have improved responsiveness…comment if you experienced lags before and have improvements now… πŸ™‚
